 LPN Charge Nurse – Full Time Position at the Reston, VA site

Responsible for patient triage, direct patient care and patient education. Staff LPN will also work as part of a nursing care team serving patients of all ages in a complete health care environment which includes primary medical, dental, behavioral health, and nutrition care.

This position offers a full-time work schedule, Monday through Friday only and it will start roughly on July 1st 2019. NO WEEKENDS.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: Current Commonwealth of Virginia License for Practical Nursing from an accredited institution. Minimum of two years clinical experience at an acute care or ambulatory setting preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Community or public health experience highly preferred. BLS required. English/Spanish fluency preferred.

 


 Nurse Care Coordinator – Full Time Position at the Reston, VA site

This position offers a full-time work schedule, Monday through Friday only and it will start roughly on July 1st 2019. NO WEEKENDS

Responsible for providing coordinated, patient-centered care. Responsible for coordinating care for the complex needs of patients with chronic conditions. This will included providing coordination of care, clinical support, patient education and continuous care. Nurse Care Coordinator works as part of a nursing care team serving patients of all ages in a comprehensive health care environment which includes dental and behavioral health.

 Dental Hygienists –  PART-TIME Position and a FULL-TIME Position

PART-TIME position offers 16 – 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

FULL-TIME position offers 32 – 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

Dental Hygienists are responsible for the direct provision of oral hygiene and appropriate preventive services to patients of all ages in a complete health care environment which includes primary medical, behavioral health, and nutrition care.

Dental Hygienists Qualifications :Current Commonwealth of Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensure required. At least one (1) year of private practice, community health or public health experience preferred, however, new dental hygiene graduates are encouraged to apply. Must enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent clinical skills and proficient computer and EMR skills. Bilingual skills a plus.


 Medical Assistant – Full Time Position

Responsible for assisting with and providing safe, consistent and appropriate patient care support to providers. The MA works as part of a nursing care team serving patients of all ages in a complete health care environment which includes dental and behavioral health care.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Successful completion of a certified Medical Assistant program. Current CPR/BLS required. Minimum of one (1) year of family practice or pediatric clinical experience at an acute care or ambulatory setting required. Community health or public health experience preferred.

Due to patient population, Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are an integral part of the HealthWorks team. We ask volunteers to commit to volunteer three times a month for at least six months. All volunteers are required to have a background check, TB test, flu shot and up to date immunizations.
