Thank you to the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia, for providing us with a generous grant to support dental care for low income uninsured children who are not covered by insurance or Medicaid. Oral health disease is 5 times more prevalent than asthma in children, and 90% of the children who enroll in our dental center have some level of oral health disease. See full article here.
We Did It!
We received $10,990 in donations as a response to a challenge from 3 donors who brought that to a total of $35,990. We were overwhelmed by this wonderful response and support we received from the community!
This would not have been possible without the very generous support from our 3 Matching Grant Donors: Lynn Rubin, Bobbi Schaufeld and Kim Wagner.
Thank you very much to all of our Challenge Grant Donors! For our list of Donors Click Here!
